14.9. Removal and installation of locks of a cowl
Removal

1. Remove a front grille (see. Exterior body finish).
2. Mark position of the lock concerning the front panel. |

3. At removal of the right castle assembly turn out two fixing bolts and take the lock from the front panel. After extraction from the panel disconnect an executive rod of the lock and (at the corresponding complete set) release the sensor switch of the anticreeping alarm system.

4. On the left lock turn out two fixing bolts and disconnect the executive lever and a driving cable. |

Installation
Installation is made upside-down. Track combination of the landing tags put in the course of dismantle. Before establishing a front grille, check serviceability of operation of latches. In case of need weaken fixing bolts and adjust the provision of the corresponding assembly, trying to obtain adequate functioning of the lock.
