Casings of a steering column

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove steering wheels (address the Head the Running gear and steering).
2. Turn out two screws under a steering column and remove the top casing of the last.
3. Turn out the right screw of fastening of the lower casing to a ledge on assembly of a column.
4. Remove the lower casing from a column, then release from it a rheostat of management of intensity of illumination of the dashboard and disconnect an electrical wiring. Remove a casing.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

Panels of internal finishing of salon and luggage compartment

For fastening of panels screws and various type clamps are used. The order of removal of panels is usually quite obvious.

Carpet

For facing of a floor two sections of a carpet are used. Sections fasten to floor panels by means of screws or clamps. Usually the same fixture is used for fixing of the interfaced panels of finishing of walls of salon.

Removal of a carpet is not connected with any special difficulties, however, it is accompanied by considerable time expenditure as demands preliminary removal of seats, the central console, anchor knots of seat belts and the interfaced vertical panels of finishing.

Ceiling upholstery

The ceiling upholstery fastens to a car roof by means of clamps. For removal of a ceiling upholstery it is necessary to dismantle previously such elements of the equipment of salon as poruchnevy handles, sun-protection peaks, various finishing panels, and also sealing strips of doorways and an aperture of the top hatch.

It is necessary to notice that dismantle of a ceiling upholstery demands from the performer of certain skills and it is connected with risk of damage of obivochny material, and therefore, its performance will be reasonable to charge to specialists of car service.
