14:10. Removal, installation and adjustment of doors
Removal

1. On models with laid in door panels by an electrical wiring perform the following procedures:
a) Disconnect a negative wire from the battery;
b) Remove the panel of an internal upholstery of a door and the sealing screen (see Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of doors);
c) Through an opening in a doorframe disunite contact sockets of an electrical wiring and release a plait(s) of wires from all provided clamps. Try to remember a route of laying of a plait(s);
d) Release the rubber plug of a plait through passage of wires from a forward end face of a door and pass an electrical wiring through an opening in a frame. |

2. Otboltite from a body rack the limiter of opening of a door. |

3. Ask the assistant to support a door, or prop up door sideways a jack through wooden whetstone. |

4. Having made sure of reliability of fixing of a door, to an otboltita also take axial fingers of both loopy assemblies. Remove a door. |

Installation
Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
a) Do not forget to grease axial fingers of loopy assemblies with assembly lubricant;
b) At the corresponding complete set track correctness of laying of a plait(s) of an electrical wiring and reliability of fastening of contact sockets;
c) The description of procedures installation of the sealing screen and panel of an internal upholstery of a door is provided in
the section Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of doors.
Adjustment
Adjustment demands from the performer of rather high qualification and certain skills, and therefore, its performance will be more correct to be charged to specialists of car service.
