General information

Rotation from differential of the main transfer of transmission to driving wheels is transferred by means of two all-metal power shafts having various length.

Each of power shafts since the external end is equipped with the pin equipped with vents entered into gearing with vents of stupichny assemblies of driving wheels of the car. On the end of an external pin the carving under a big fixing nut by means of which the shaft fastens in a nave is cut. Internal pins of shaft are also equipped with the vents entered into gearing with vents of side gear wheels of differential.

Since both ends of each shaft the hinges of equal angular speeds (HEAS) providing uniform torque transmission from the main transfer to driving wheels at any changes of provision of components of a suspension bracket are located. Internal CV JOINTS represent tripodny assemblies, external have a separator and ball design.

In view of the increased length of the right power shaft its internal CV JOINT is located approximately on a half of length of a shaft (see an illustration Power shafts) which middle part fastens the intermediate bearing placed in an arm of a back support of the power unit. The internal end of a shaft is passed throughout the bearing preventing the cross movement of internal section of assembly and then throughout an external part of the internal CV JOINT.
