6.2.6. Methods of check of installation of the moments of injection of fuel
This check is not among routine and need for it can arise only after dismantle of TNVD.
The special device for check of dynamic adjustments of the moments of injection of fuel is issued, however the possibility of its acquisition in private use by the average amateur mechanic is extremely improbable. Transformation of pulsations of pressure in tubes of nozzles in electric impulses is the basis for the principle of functioning of the device (for more details see the instruction of manufacturers).
The check of installation of the static moment of injection described in the present Chapter (see Removal and installation of assembly of a toplivozabornik with fuel consumption sensor) at accurate implementation of all procedures allows to obtain not less reliable information. The dial measuring instrument of plunger type with a set of the probes and nozzles corresponding to type installed on the TNVD car is required (see an illustration further). Before work attentively study the instructions stated in the following section.
