1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. On models with the D9B engine without turbo-supercharging remove an air distributor casing. In case of need remove also inlet air duct and disconnect a ventilating tube from a jellied mouth of motive oil (see appropriate sections of the present Chapter).
3. Disconnect a gas cable from TNVD (see Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of gas). Release a cable from intermediate clamps and shift it aside where it will not prevent removal of a pipeline/collector.
4. On the models equipped with system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases (EGR) disconnect ventilating hoses from valves of a stream and recirculation. Release nuts and bolts of fastening of each of valves to the pipeline and to a collector remove valvate assembly from the engine. Remove sealing laying.
5. On models with a turbo-supercharging release fixing collars and disconnect air hoses from the air duct connecting a turbocompressor to an air cleaner branch pipe. Release an air branch pipe from the inlet pipeline and take it from a motive compartment. Zakuporte rags a turbocompressor hose, or an opening actually in assembly of the last if the hose is completely removed. Release a fixing collar and disconnect an air hose of the built-in cooler (Intercooler) from assembly of a turbocompressor.

6. By means of a suitable prutkovy key turn out bolts of fastening of the inlet pipeline; weaken, but do not turn out (the pipeline is dismembered), the central six-sided bolt.

7. Remove the pipeline from a head of cylinders.

1. For the purpose of ensuring access (especially on models with a turbo-supercharging) remove the inlet pipeline (see the previous subsection).
2. If the inlet pipeline is not removed, perform the procedures described in the subsection "The Inlet Pipeline — Removal", subitem 1 — 4. On the models equipped with the EGR system perform also the procedure described in the subsection "The Inlet Pipeline — Removal", item 5.
3. On models without turbo-supercharging disconnect from a final collector a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases (see Systems of decrease in toxicity and production of the fulfilled gases).
4. On the models equipped with a turbocompressor remove assembly of the last (see Removal and installation of a turbocompressor).
5. On some models for the purpose of clearing of working space it is necessary to otboltit the rezonatorny camera from a collector.

6. Give six nuts of fastening of a final collector and remove remote plugs from hairpins.

7. Remove assembly of a collector from a head of cylinders; also remove sealing laying (and).

8. Sometimes fixing hairpins are turned out together with nuts. In such cases they should be screwed back in a head right after removal of a collector (to a zakontrita on the end of a hairpin two nuts and use them as a bolt head).
