15.5. Replacement of lamps of internal lighting fixtures

Saloon lamps, mate lamps and illumination of a motive compartment
|
1. Having hooked the screw-driver, release the lamp from a casing for the purpose of ensuring access to a lamp. |

2. Turn a cartridge counterclockwise and take it together with a lamp. |
|
3. The lamp has press landing in the boss. 4. Installation is made upside-down. |
|
Illumination of a ware box
|
1. Open a cover of a ware box, release lock and a uvula and completely cast away a cover. |
2. Having hooked, release the lamp from the top plane of a ware box. |
|
3. Turn a cartridge counterclockwise and take it from the lamp together with a lamp. |
4. The lamp has press landing in the boss. |
|
5. Replace a lamp and install into place the lamp. |

Lamps of illumination of switches
Lamps of illumination are built in assemblies of switches and in an individual order are not delivered.
Lamps of illumination of the control panel of functioning of a heater
|
1. Extend an ashtray from the dashboard. 2. Turn out two fixing screws, then, hooking the small screw-driver, accurately release clamps and remove facing of control panels of functioning of the radio tape recorder and a heater. 3. On the models equipped with the ware shelf in the central part of the dashboard turn out four fixing screws and remove the shelf. 4. Turn out two fixing screws and take assembly of the radio tape recorder from the dashboard. Disconnect an electrical wiring and an antenna cable from a back part of assembly. 5. Turn out four fixing screws and release a radio tape recorder casing from the dashboard. Where it is required, release from clamps on a casing an electrical wiring and an antenna cable. 6. Uncover assembly of the control panel of functioning of a heater. |
7. Release the holder of lamps of illumination from a back part of the panel. |

8. Lamps have press landing in the holder. 9. Replace the failed lamp and install components on the regular places. Act as it should be, the return to a dismantle order. |

Lamp of illumination of hours
|
1. Take from the dashboard assembly of the central ventilating nozzle for the purpose of ensuring access by o'clock (see Removal and installation of hours). |
2. In a back part of hours turn a cartridge of a lamp counterclockwise and take it from assembly. |

3. The lamp is built in a cartridge. 4. Replace a lamp and install components into place. |
|
Lighter/ashtray illumination lamp
|
1. Extend an ashtray from the dashboard. 2. Turn out two lower fixing screws and completely remove assembly of an ashtray from the dashboard. 3. Having pulled outside, release a cartridge of a lamp from a back part of assembly of an ashtray, disconnect an electrical wiring. 4. The lamp has press landing in the boss. 5. Replace a lamp and install into place components. Act as it should be, the return to a dismantle order. |

Control lamps and lamps of illumination of an instrument guard
|
1. Remove an instrument guard (see Removal and installation of an instrument guard). |
2. Turn a cartridge of a lamp counterclockwise and take it from a back part of a guard. |

3. All lamps are built in the cartridges and are replaced assembled with it. 4. Replace the failed assembly and install components on the regular places. Act as it should be, the return to a dismantle order. |
