15:18. Removal and installation of components of system of washing of glasses and lenses of head block headlights

The tank of the washing liquid

Removal

For the purpose of minimization of losses of liquid authors of the present manual recommend to devastate previously the tank at least half.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove a front bumper (address the Head Kuzov and finishing of salon).
3. Get suitable drain capacity under the tank, then disconnect an electrical wiring and a hose(s) from the pump(s). Lower the liquid remains from the tank.

4. Disconnect jellied and ventilating hoses from the tank.

5. Turn out two bolts of an assembly bracket of fastening of the tank to a car body, turn a bracket down and remove the tank.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Before installation to the place of a bumper make sure of reliability of fastening of an electrical wiring and hoses.

The pump of supply of the washing liquid

Removal

Before removal of the pump(s) it is necessary to empty the tank of the washing liquid, or to take the appropriate measures, having prepared for collecting the spilled liquid.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Prop up antiretractable boots back wheels, then a front of the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props. Remove the right forward wheel.
2. Disconnect an electrical wiring, accurately release the pump from the landing plug and take it through a wheel arch.
3. Disconnect a hose(s) and remove the pump.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

Nozzle of washing of a windshield

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a cowl and release a nozzle of supply of liquid of washing of a windshield from its lower party. Disconnect a nozzle from the giving tube.

Installation

At installation the hose has to be connected to a nozzle before landing of the last in a cowl. Adjustment of a nozzle by means of a hairpin can be in case of need made. The given stream of the washing liquid has to get to the area, is slightly higher than the central point of the site of glass wiped by a screen wiper.

Nozzle of washing of back glass

The nozzle is built in the screen wiper lever.
