6.1.14. Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline
Removal
Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
L models 1.6 and 1.8

1. Remove the air sleeve connecting the air cleaner to the throttle case (see Removal and installation of assembly of the air cleaner). 2. Disconnect the gas cable core from a cam of a butterfly valve, take a cable cover from a basic arm (do not forget to remove a flat washer and a fixing clamp). At the corresponding complete set disconnect also driving cable of inclusion of the kick-down mode (see. Automatic transmission). 3. Turn out two bolts of fastening of a guide of an electrical wiring to the top part of the pipeline. Take a guide aside, together with the wires and hoses laid in it, having cleared away space for removal of the pipeline. 4. Release clamps and disunite contact sockets of an electrical wiring of injectors of injection. 5. Without forgetting about the preventions made in the section Dropping Pressure in a power supply system weaken fixing collars and disconnect hoses of giving and return of fuel from the fuel highway. Factory collars of the twisted type at assembly should be replaced more practical screw or worm. 6. Release a fixing collar(s) and disconnect a hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes, and also other ventilating and vacuum hoses from the top part of the inlet pipeline. As necessary mark hoses for the purpose of prevention of confusion at their connection. 7. Give fixing nuts, remove the pipeline from the engine and take it from a motor compartment of the car. Remove two sealing laying of the pipeline (at assembly of laying are subject to replacement without fail). |

1. Perform the procedures described above in the subsection "L Models 1.6 and 1.8", subitem 2 — 3. 2. Release clamps and disunite contact sockets of an electrical wiring of injectors of injection. 3. As necessary mark hoses for the purpose of prevention of confusion at their connection. 5. Release all hoses from clamps on the top plane of the fuel highway. 6. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the directing tube of the measuring probe to a pipeline wall. 7. Give six nuts / bolts of fastening of the pipeline to a head of cylinders. Remove assembly of the pipeline and take it from a motive compartment. Remove sealing laying (at assembly they are subject to replacement without fail). |

Installation
Installation is made upside-down. Special attention should be paid to the next moments:
a) Track that the interfaced surfaces of the pipeline and a head of cylinders were absolutely pure and dry. Correctly lay new laying. After installation of the pipeline in stages evenly tighten fixture with the required effort;
b) Track correctness of connection of all hoses and reliability of fastening by their collars;
c) In conclusion do not forget to make adjustment of a cable of gas (see
Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of gas) and, - at the corresponding complete set, - a cable of inclusion of the kick-down mode (see.
Automatic transmission).
