1. Disconnect a pedal gas cable (see Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of gas).
2. Remove a lock ring from one of the ends of an axis of the accelerator pedal.
3. Take an axis and remove a pedal from an arm assembled with axial plugs.
4. Check a condition of plugs and an axis, replace defective components.
