Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The cooler of ATF is established from above on a transmission case. For the purpose of ensuring access to assembly remove an inlet air duct(s) (see the Head of the Power supply system and release). Turn out three bolts of fastening of a basic arm of hoses, separate an arm from assembly of a cooler and shift it aside.
2. For the purpose of minimization of losses of cooling liquid special clips or clamps press both ATF of a hose brought to assembly of a cooler (see an illustration of the Detail of installation of a cooler of ATF).
3. Weaken fixing collars and disconnect both brought to assembly of a cooler of a hose. Prepare for collecting the spilled cooling liquid. At once collect traces of the spilled liquid and rinse with cold water a cooler and surfaces adjoining to it.
4. Turn out the central bolt (see an illustration of the Detail of installation of a cooler of ATF). also remove assembly of a cooler about three. Remove the sealing ring which is put on it from the central bolt. Also remove two sealing rings established in the basis of assembly of a cooler. All three sealing rings are subject to replacement without fail.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease new sealing rings with pure transmission liquid and establish them on the regular places on assembly (see an illustration Sealing rings of assembly of a cooler of ATF).
2. Establish assembly of a cooler on the seat from above on AT case. Track that the flat edge of assembly was located parallel to the interfaced case surface. Screw the central bolt and tighten it with the required effort.
3. Connect hoses of a cooling path to a cooler, fix hoses by collars and remove the pressing clips/clamp.
4. Establish into place all components which were removed for the purpose of ensuring access.
5. In conclusion add necessary amount of mix of the required structure in the cooling system and check the ATF level (address the Head "Routine maintenance of the car").
