1. Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (address the Head Routine maintenance).
2. Achieve combination of blocking openings (see Fixing cranked / distributive shaft and TNVD for the purpose of prevention of casual hit of valves in contact with pistons in the course of performing procedures of service of the car) and record cogwheels of the camshaft and TNVD, and also a flywheel. Do not allow a provorachivaniye of the blocked engine at all.
3. Weaken an axial nut and an adjusting bolt of a natyazhitel and develop an arm of the last counterclockwise, having weakened thereby a tension of a gas-distributing belt. Having tightened an adjusting bolt, record a natyazhitel in new situation. In case of need use the 10-millimeter drive which can be inserted into a special square opening in an arm for deployment of a natyazhitel.
4. Turn out two bolts and a hairpin of fastening of an intermediate roller to the block of cylinders. Pay attention that the top bolt is used also for fastening of an arm of a support of the power unit.
5. Slightly weaken the remained four bolts of fastening of a support (top is located from the inside of a forward plate of the engine and it is used also for fastening of a lifting eye of the power unit).
