3.1.7. Check of a condition of electric equipment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make sure of serviceability of functioning of all external lighting and alarm fixtures, including a horn. In case of identification of refusals check a condition of the corresponding electric chains (see appropriate sections in the Head Onboard electric equipment).

2. Make visual check of an available electrical wiring, its contact connections and intermediate clamps.

To check serviceability of functioning of stoplights and indexes of turns alone, adjust the car closely to a wall of a garage and be guided on reflected lights.

3. The refusal of one of stoplights, indexes of turns or head headlights is most often connected with burn-out of the corresponding lamp. Detailed information on replacement of lamps of lighting fixtures is stated in the Head Onboard electric equipment. Single failure of both stoplights, most likely, will be explained by refusal of the foot brake of the sensor switch which is built in a pedal (address the Head the Brake system).

4. At refusal more than one of indexes of turns / head headlights it is necessary to check a condition of the corresponding safety locks, and also an electrical wiring of the chains protected by them (address the Head Onboard electric equipment). The main part of safety locks is collected in the assembly block installed on the right under the car dashboard. The assembly block is equipped with a removable cover.

5. By means of the special adaptation manufactured of plastic and fixed on a cover of the assembly block take the suspected safety lock from the nest and attentively study its state. The beaten-out safety lock should be replaced corresponding to it on current. Let's notice that idle time of replacement of a safety lock not always appears enough for correction of a situation, - it is necessary to try to reveal and remove the chain overload cause (address the Head Onboard electric equipment).
